Karen, This is such a fabulous photo! How fortunate that you get to see these marvelous creatures! They look so healthy too, like they are being well taken care of. It's hard to imagine them being wild! Are there lots of them in your area? We do have some wild horse herds here but I've not seen them yet. I've seen the wild burros though and that is pretty exciting, especially when you aren't expecting them! LOL!!! Have a great day and thanks again for sharing you photos. *hugs* Pam aka Hawk

Hi, Karen: being an eternal critic, I could not resist when I noticed your "rate this photo" request. I think I rated one twice; take the higher rating, since I think it was before I realized where the "middle" (ie, 5) was. My logic was this: if it could be a photo card, it got a 10; 9s were if there was an alignment off or if I thought it could have been larger, horizontal if vertical or vice versa. 8s were in relation to another; 7s if several were similar. Some were "cute" but not great, so I guess I gave those a lower rate. So if you look at them before others rate them, then you'll know which I prefer in relation to another. You're like me in photos: which angle, vert or horiz, close or far? Those were the considerations in my ratings. Those not rated were still good, tho. Just that the others were better--photog-wise. Great jobs!

Great photos Karen, I love waterfalls too. Right in the middle of this one is a rock formation that looks like a little gnome sitting on a rock getting ready to fire a shotgun. Can you see it? :) Not the large rocks in the foreground, he's up toward the top. Part of his body is in the water, he's got a bowl on the head sort of haircut...:)

These are amazing Karen, I can feel myself crawling into these photos. I think these are the best you have taken by far, well done.
